How to stay Mentally and Physically Healthy during Covid-19 from a College Student's Perspective.Lab 3: Networking: My Health StoryCovid-19 caused many places and events to close or canceled. Which caused many people to be stuck at home with not a lot of interesting activities to do. I usually relied on walking in the park to maintain my physical health and found that I couldn't do it anymore. I to worried about both of these things. Things I did to maintain my mental health was by taking an online class during the summer semester, using a planner to plan my days, and finishing/catching up on entertainment . I chose to plan my days in quarantine because that way I know what I did so I don't feel like I did nothing all day. I also used the time to learn more things because I chose to use this time to build myself up. I also finished and caught up on tv shows/movies that class time won't allow me to have time for them. These things really helped me to be mentally sane because they made me happy. Things I did to maintain my physical health was to walk around the house, play Just Dance on the Wii, and ate healthier meals. I walked around the house to keep my metabolism healthy so it can help me fight any disease that may come my way. A fun way I chose to use to keep me physically healthy was that I played the Wii game Just Dance. I ate healthy meals so when I forget to exercise I don't feel guilty and to keep my physical body healthy. In conclusion, This is how I maintained my mental and physical health in quarantine during Covid-19. #Mental and Physical Health during Covid-19 |
